Q1: Do I need to use a special charger or device to charge it?
A: Any device or charger can charge it as long as it meets the required charging voltage of 14.2V-14.6V.
Q2: If the battery is protected by BMS, how can I reactivate it?
A: 1. Connect the battery to any DC power supply with a voltage of 14.2V-14.6V 2. Use an lithium battery charger with BMS activation function (If the charger can measure the voltage above 12.8V without connecting the battery after power on, it has the function of activating BMS) 3. Connect the batteries to a solar controller with an output voltage of 14.2V-14.6V (if the batteries are already connected to the controller, separate them and reconnect them).
Q3: How to know the working times for my device? Why does the duration of some devices deviate from the actual usage data?
A: Working time = 1280Wh* 0.88 / operating wattage of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary.
Q4. If there is a quality problem or defect after receiving the battery, how can I contact and solve the problem?
A: There is an after-sales email address on the cover of the manual in the product package, and the working personnel are online at any time. If the product is damaged or defective after receiving it, we will replace it for you free and deal with it within 1 week.
Note
When the battery operating for 10W at a voltage lower than 13V for over 10 hours, it will activate the economy mode (The battery is activated due to excessive discharge, which is the protective mechanism of BMS).
Do not use the maximum current (100A) exceeding the specification to charge the battery, and the discharge depth of the battery after full charge is less than 95% for best results. Keep your batteries away from heat and direct sunlight in order to extend its life span.
Due to the big size of LOSSIGY battery, PO Box address can not be accepted.
If more than 2 batteries are connected in series, please perform the following steps before connecting in series: 1. Fully charge each battery respectively. 2. Connect the fully charged batteries in parallel and continue charging until the voltage of each battery is equal. 3. Finally, remove the parallel batteries and connect them in series.
